- To expand and improve the variety, quality, and delivery of instructional programs and learning resources to meet the identified needs of students, citizens, and employers in the College service area.
- To provide comprehensive academic and career/technical programs and academic support services at each campus that meet identified needs of students, citizens and employers served by the College.
- To provide developmental education that successfully supports and assists students in acquiring basic learning skills and overcoming identified academic deficiencies.
