Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)

The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) is a campus-based program designed to assist students with exceptional financial need, as determined by federal guidelines under the Higher Education Act of 1965. Priority is given to Federal Pell Grant recipients with the lowest Student Aid Index (SAI).

Students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered for FSEOG funding. Due to limited funding, students are encouraged to apply early.

If a student withdraws from all courses, FSEOG funds are subject to the Return of Title IV Funds (R2T4) calculation. Students may be required to return a portion of the funds based on the amount of aid earned at the time of withdrawal.

Students are encouraged to contact the Financial Aid Office with any questions regarding this program.
